a beautiful sacrifice

Standing, just standing.
A field filled with wildflowers as far as the eye can see
Now, spinning
I see a faint figure in the distance
I stop.
There He stands, arms wide open
I can think of nothing else but to run to Him
I do.
Then, kneeling before him, a tear falls from my face
He kneels beside me and wipes it away
He places a flower in my hand
And whispers in my ear,
You are beautiful
You are loved
And you are Mine.
With daises all around, i stand up joyously 
A Love greater than anything else...
Blameless, he sacrificed His life. 
His life for me, He thought i was worth that much.

This is the face of Love.

Love so unfathomable you came, you lived, you saved my soul.
Father the words I have,
nothing can describe
my gratitude, my joy.
Your grace that saved me,
your hope that holds my life,
your promise that gave me a future.
You are so worthy of more praise than we could ever give.
When all strength is gone and my soul is weary,
your loving arms are there to give me rest.
No one, no thing could ever compare to my Jesus.
He is the Way, the Truth, and the Everlasting Light.
